"Free Taxes" is a project - performance to take part of 5th World Water Forum as a reflection on the relationship among water-art-power It is a simbolic act. Showing how the problem of water and art is captured by the network of similar power. The water does not circulate, their distribution is in the hands of powerful countries and cities that control their prices and channeling, we could say the same thing happens with the Arts, galleries and institutions ownership of distribution rights and priced its market value, not allow free movement of the work. My proposal breaks the circle of Art, perhaps we could also expect an act or a similar proposal forwards to water. The project consists of two parts: an exhibition and a performance. Two painting will be showed. One is "Source of Life", this canvas is the result of my stay in Cappadocia, shows how the water has a spiritual value added for the people of Turkey. This work, once the show was finished will be donated to one of the Turkish's Major Groups participating in the Forum. The other piece "Reflection of a glass of water" symbolizes the fragility of water at present. This painting will be donated during the performance to an international grouping that has participated in the Forum Performance is a simple act, such as water and art. During two days in a public place I'm going to paint a canvas that reflects the Forum at its essence, the development of the work any person can participate as you wish, making a mark that will symbolize the Forum is all over the world. Once it was finished will be donated to the public. The tree donations will be the end of the performance. That way I would like symbolize that the art is not owned by a few and takes the value we give. The same applies to water, is a good of Humanity.	Reflejo de un vaso de agua

PD: This project applies with support of Cultural's Councillor of Alella the 28-11-2008.Secretariat of the Forum accept the proposal, but not financing, 26-1-2009. Finally the project was not carried out.
